Windows后台运行python程序

    启动的方法就是直接在cmd下，脚本名.py install ，然后去windows 的服务下就可以看到The smallest possible Python Service 这个服务，你可以启动，停止，还可以设置成开机自动启动。


    有个需要注意的地方：

    该脚本名不能为中文！！否则在启动服务时会出现“ Windows 不能 在本地计算机 启动 The smallest possible Python Service .....“的错误信息
