Python环境(基于Pycharm和官

    1.下载安装包
    python官网下载3.7.2
    Pycharm 社区版下载安装

    2.直接使用Pycharm自带virtualEnv
    File - Settings - Project - Project Interpreter - (右侧的齿轮)Add - Virtualenv enviroment - New Virtualenv

    说说不用Anoconda原因。
    主要是Anoconda到python环境导入到Pycharm时再新增包时，提示SSL连接无法建立。

    pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

    （原因没有SSL模块支持，Ubuntu下apt-get install openssl解决，但python官网的安装包默认就有ssl）
    所以，Pycharm导入python官网环境后，再新增包时，轻松pip install了。
    所以如果在Pycharm下管理python环境，就可以用上述的第2点方法
